Position Title:             Custodial/Maintenance Position

Date of Notice:                       June 4, 2008

Qualifications:                       High school diploma or GED certificate

Valid and current New Mexico operator’s license

Knowledge of operating cleaning and maintenance equipment

Ability to read and interpret instructions in order to perform

custodial/maintenance services and maintain custodial records

Demonstrated knowledge and application of custodial and minor maintenance

supplies, materials and procedures.

Ability to operate all types of custodial and maintenance equipment

Ability to use materials and equipment in all types of cleaning and maintenance

tasks.

Able to use technology to perform custodial and maintenance responsibilities.

Physical abilities to perform the physical tasks required of this position.

Able to use data-driven decision-making processes to evaluate meeting cleaning and maintenance performance standards.

Uses effective people skills to form positive relationships and communications

Salary:                                    As per appropriate placement on district salary schedule

Contract:                                12 month employee contract, 250 days per contract year
